The company sources and maintains a roaster of most competent crew. They are selected as per the Flag and vessel owner requirements and the contractual obligation with the owners.
The selection criteria
- Compliance of Safe manning requirement of the Flag and IMO Administration
- Compliance of Certificate of competency and STCW 2010
- Experience in operating / handling of similar vessels for Deck, officers and Deck crew
- Experience in operation and maintenance on similar Engines and equipments fitted onboard for Engineering Officers and Engine Crew
- Medical examination as per the requirement of flag administration
- All personnel travel documents Valid for more than 3 months of the employment contract
- Compliance of Statutory requirements i.e. I.Tax, P.F., and other as per NUSI, MUI Maritime Union agreements
